Edubuntu 9.04

Edubuntu, is a popular Linux operating system designed for educational environments, and is equally suitable for kids to use at home. Edubuntu contains many educational applications, and is designed to allow a teacher or network administrator to be able to setup a complete classroom quickly and easily.

Requirements

To use the Edubuntu 9.04 Live Installable DVD you will need: 300MHz or faster intel-compatible processor (700 MHz or more recommended), at least 384MB of Memory (RAM), and at least 4GB Hard Dirve space (if you want to install it to your computer)

Edubuntu can also be downloaded for free by visiting http://www.edubuntu.org/Download. You will need to have Ubuntu already installed on your computer to use this download version.
