Community

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

We're nothing without you.

Let's face it, we're kind of new at this but we know that getting Free and Open Source Software on library shelves is a big job, and we really need your help.

How you can help.

The most straight forward, no commitment, way to help is by obtaining a Public Software title and donating it to a library. You can do this for your local library, or help us fill software requests.

Spread the word. Tell others with a a Blog entry, mention us in news groups, Online Forums, etc. Even give us a thumbs up with StumbleUpon, Digg and other Social Networking sites.

Join the Team Coordinate a local team by becoming a Crew Chief or work with your local branch as a Library Liaison

Create a Team If you are a member of a local Linux or Public/Open Source user group you can do more than work on your own machines. Make a few discs and introduce your local library to the PSF and Open Source software.

Other ways to help

You may also make a monetary donation to the Public Software Foundation so we can fill software requests. Currently we are accepting monetary donations using PayPal.
